ABOUT

Our Mission & Vision

As a Christ-centered body of believers, we commit to disciple, enable and encourage one another to love, worship, and serve our Savior, Jesus Christ. Furthermore, we commit to share the Good News and ourselves with our neighbors in the surrounding communities, and throughout the world.

Our vision is to create a church where people can experience the presence of God, connect in relationships with other believers and serve the world around us.

What to Expect

Worship

Worship at Bethlehem Temple is not a weekly event, but a lifestyle throughout the week that overflows when we corporately enter into His gates with thanksgivings and His court with praise. Our traditional and contemporary approach to worship is culturally and contextually relevant regardless of age or background. For this reason some may raise their hands, other may passionately lift their voice and sing along. Or you may witness liturgical dancers while other may sit quietly as the Holy Spirit minister to them with a singular goal of glorifying God

Instruction

God’s purpose for man is to make us more like Christ. The Bible says, “For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.” (Romans 8:29 NIV).  So the objective of our preaching/teaching ministries are to develop Christlike convictions (thinking), Christlike character (feeling), and Christlike conduct (acting) as a part of the on-going discipleship process.

Fellowship

Fellowship is an important part of our faith at Bethlehem Temple because we BELONG in God’s Family with Other Believers. Our shared life together under one head, the Lord Jesus Christ brings various individuals into a genuine and authentic faith with Christ and each other. Coming together to support one another is an experience that allows us to learn, gain strength, and show the world exactly what God is.

Here you will experience two types of church meetings: Large Group Meetings - Church Services and Small Group Meetings - Connect Group & Fellowship

What’s the Purpose of Small Groups?

  1. Bible Study
  2. Fellowship
  3. Communion

Expression

Glorifying God by serving in a local church ministry is the purpose of our salvation. The Apostle Paul tell us in the book of Ephesians 2:10 “ For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” We believe at Bethlehem Temple that each believer has been uniquely gifted to serve with a spiritual gift(s) through the power of the Holy Spirit, These gifts are mentioned in Roman 12, 1 Corinthians 12, and Ephesians 4.

Bethlehem Temple is a wonderful place for believers to discover, cultivate and employ their gifts and talents to serve the household of faith (in-reach) and those who are beyond the four walls (outreach).

Our Beliefs

We believe that the gospel of Christ is the hope of the world, and it's the heart of the church to bring that hope to others. This belief is the foundation of our church and informs all we preach, teach, and practice.
